Edit: one of the owners, the lad who responded below, reached out and the concern and customer service after was excellent. They clearly care and were concerned about my experience. I feel perhaps they had a bad day, as we all do from time to time. I'll give it another go. This burger cost me $22 Quite possibly the driest I've ever had. Meant to have chipotle aioli, however you can see, or not see, how much they put on. Meat patties were like hockey pucks. Over cooked and definitely not made here. Service was average. I think they have a new lad on though. Didn't get asked if we wanted drinks so I sorted that out at the front, then at the bar, only to be told it's table service... I'm not sure what was going on there. The kids burgers, for $12 were the same. Dry and awful. Neither kid wanted to finish theirs. The kids said the chips were good. I don't review chips as it's like reviewing McCain frozen fries. In saying that, I feel like I've just reviewed a frozen meat patty Definitely will not be returning $95 for 1 adult and two kids

Just had a fabulous dinner with my family and friends including 3 kids. The waitress made me a special crushed ice margherita which was fab, the burgers were delicious, the chips were well cooked and crunchy (just how they should be!) and the service was quick, attentive and friendly. All requests were met with a smile. We all left very happy. Highly recommend.

I used to live in Byron and this was one of my fave places to come for a great burger as they were both a big size and deliciously packed. I came back for the first time in a while and was so disappointed at how they have reduced the burger size and also the quality of the burger being served. Very small patties, quite dry as hardly any sauce. They used to be so amazing. The chips are still great. Won’t be going back again unfortunately
